  • Certified Aerospace Standard 9100 Internal Auditor
  • Appointed as QE/5S Specialist and external auditor for Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC)
  • Train-The-Trainer (TTT) Certified From Human Recourses Development Fund (HRDF).

EXPERIENCE 

  • TPM Biotech Sdn. Bhd.
    • Conduct production process of the manufacturing plant: Fully responsible for the entire manufacturing plant activities of production process, production planning, modification of flow process and process improvement of plant systems.
    • Conduct and perform training modules (speciality in processing) for Biotech Corp.: Involved in developing training modules and as a trainer for Biotech Corp. STCA (Specific Training focused on Critical Area) Training Programme.
  • UMW Drilling Academy (UDA)
    • Involve in establishing the first Oil & Gas Drilling Academy meant to produce professional drillers and drilling engineers for South East Asia:
      • To coordinate Drilling Apprentice Program (DAP)
      • To coordinate on purchasing training aid for the drilling academy: Land rig and Simulator.
      • To develop structured program for the drillers.
  • Continuous Improvement Program
    • Kobetsu Kaizen Program
      • 2 years experienced in conducting Kobetsu Kaizen Training.
      • Rolling out Kobetsu Kaizen to Corporate Division company – Group Human Resource Division
      • Manage to achieve a total of RM 138 000 cost saving through Kobetsu Kaizen Program through Group Human Resource Division (GHRD)
